Rangers Int’l FC Academy v Champs City Academy Friendly Announced for March 8, 2025

Champs City is thrilled to announce a friendly match between its U13 academy and Rangers International FC U13 academy. The match is scheduled to hold at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu on Saturday, 8 March 2025 by 4 pm WAT.

This match will be the highlight of Champs City Academy’s official unveiling ceremony. It offers Champs City a great opportunity to showcase its Academy and for the football manager, Jude Agada, to gauge the level of progress made so far since the team resumed training on September 21 against a worthy opponent – Rangers International FC Academy.

Many Champs City Academy players (also known as Junior Champs) have never played in a stadium, let alone participated in a match of this calibre. Therefore, this will be a crucial test of both their individual and collective progress. The experience gained from this match will be important for their ongoing development.

The Rangers International FC U13 Academy coach, Ejike Uzoenyi, just like Champs City Manager, Jude Agada, an ex-international and former Rangers player, is upbeat about the forthcoming match.

 As part of the unveiling ceremony, Champs Night, an evening networking event, will be hosted after the match by the Club for its invited guests to extend the fun and wrap up the ceremony on a lighter note. It promises to be a charming night of music, refreshment, networking, etc. in a warm atmosphere. The invited guests will have the opportunity for a deeper understanding of Champs City and where it’s headed.
