Champs City Sports and Entertainment Ltd. and Champs City International Football Club Limited, both of which are incorporated in Nigeria [“The Club,” “Champs City,” “Champs City FC,” “CCFC,” “Champs City Academy,” and “Junior Champs”] hereinafter referred to as Champs City, provide free access to the general information on www.champscity.ng to its members, supporters, and any internet user with an interest in Champs City.
Internet users that access the Champs City website consent and agree to be bound by the conditions for accessing and using the website’s content in addition to the general terms and conditions for accessing and using the website as detailed below. Users are fully responsible for their actions both while they are accessing the information contained on the www.champscity.ng and after they have accessed it, are solely responsible to the Club or third parties, for any consequences that may be derived from improper use of the contents. The Club refuses to accept any responsibility in relation to any information contained in websites belonging to third parties that are connected, authorized or not, via links to the pages of the Champs City website.
In cases of any improper use, Champs City reserve the right to refuse access to its website to users who make improper use of its content and/or who do not comply with any of the conditions that appear in this document and that are accepted by its users.

All ownership rights in and to the website address champscity.ng are strictly reserved by us. Champs City owns the rights to the trade names (marks) Champs City, The Unstoppable, soccer with soul, sports with soul, the Champs City Logo(s), Champs City Academy, MyFootballMyEducation, Champs City Football Club, Champs City FC, CCFC, and all other related service marks, trading names, or other trademarks relating to Champs City products and services. These marks may not be used without Champs City’s express prior written consent. The rights to other trademarks, goods, and business names mentioned on the Website are expressly reserved for their respective owners or licensors, and such rights may apply to other trademarks, products, and company names mentioned on the Website.
OUR MATERIALS
This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to access, view, and print one copy of the Website and its Materials on a single device. You can only use the Website and Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. EXEMPTION OF CHAMPS CITY RESPONSIBILITY

This Agreement excludes and disclaims all warranties, terms, conditions, and representations related to this Website and the Materials. It does not exclude liability for negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other excluded We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Even though competitions and promotions are open to participants under the age of 15, any winnings or prizes will be communicated to the parent or legal guardian identified during the original registration procedure. Any disclosure of a contest winner’s private information under the age of 18 will require parental or legal guardian consent during registration.
