TRIALS

A set of Junior Champs runs for a minimum cycle of 6 years. A new set of Junior Champs is recruited every 3 years. However, in the course of any cycle, it is expected that there will be movement of players in and out of the Academy because, it is expected that some of the players for one reason or the other will not be able to keep their positions in the Academy. The competition for a place in the Academy will be stiff and the disciplinary demands will be uncompromising.

Therefore, periodically there will be windows of opportunity for talents who are identified and recommended by our scouts to showcase their quality for possible admission into the Academy.
